Learning Challenge: Getting Motivated

This week I have been starting my day with a TED talk and so far it has been a really motivating way to begin each day. Here's one that I watched earlier this week by Kelly McGonigal. She talks about rethinking our perception of stress and the benefits of a positive outlook.

  1. I like your idea of starting each day with a TED talk. I always love watching them, I don't think I have ever seen a boring one, but I bet it is a really good way to start the day! I will have to try it soon! I haven't actually watched this video yet, but I think it is something that would benefit me.
